Why perform a hygiene diagnosis ?

A hygiene diagnosis is an essential tool for analysing and improving the control of risks for your consumers’ health. Our Expertise Centre performs an audit of your hygiene practices in terms of the risks for your food products: physical, chemical, microbiological and allergenic.

We can adapt this type of hygiene diagnosis :
- to a type of hazard (microbiological hazard or Listeria hazard);
- to a precise study area (cooling area in a bakery, for example).

Our experts then perform various measurements and observations on site :
- measurements of the direction and speed of airflows;
- quantification and mapping of the microbiological load in the air;
- observation of personnel movements, their hygiene “habits”, etc.

This “snapshot” is highly useful for defining lines for progress in terms of controlling food contamination risks.
