What types of soiling are commonly observed? What types of products should be used ?

Stains, grime and mineral or organic soiling can be the source of contamination in the production environment.

- mineral soiling : such as tartar or lime, creates a deposit that supports micro-organisms. This type of soiling is easy to remove by applying an acidic product, LCB 111AT.
- organic soiling : the product of living tissues, it may be proteinaceous, glucidic or lipidic. This type of soiling can lead to biofilm, notably in piping in closed circuit processes.

The ideal solution for eliminating them is a detergence phase, notably using enzyme products.

LCB food safety can provide you with a range of enzyme products that are suited to :
- your cleaning conditions (foaming or non-foaming),
- soiling found in the field (bi-enzyme products for use against proteinaceous and glucidic soiling, tri-enzyme products for very fatty soiling).
