What is meant by personnel hygiene ?
The notion of “personnel hygiene” designates two distinct aspects :
bodily and clothing hygiene amongst the personnel;
all the hygiene rules followed by the personnel to ensure the production of a product that is safe for consumers: the most common “personnel hygiene” notion.
