What is meant by personnel hygiene ?

The notion of “personnel hygiene” designates two distinct aspects :
- bodily and clothing hygiene amongst the personnel;
- all the hygiene rules followed by the personnel to ensure the production of a product that is safe for consumers: the most common “personnel hygiene” notion.

Maintaining a good level of hygiene entails a series of specific measures.
