How can I solve a contamination problem ?

Contaminating micro-organisms are undesired germs in a food product which make it unsuitable for consumption (due to a defect in appearance or odour or a danger for the consumer’s health).

To prevent microbiological contamination in foodstuffs and their environment (air, surfaces, etc.), it is useful to search for and study potentially contaminating strains by sector.
