How can I ensure health security ?

This concerns knowledge, control and managing risks that can affect individual or collective health.

Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 (laying down general principles and requirements of food law) gives the requirements relative to food safety (article 14). Ensuring health safety entails knowledge, evaluation and risk control procedures for human health throughout the food chain from the production of raw materials to the consumption of the food.
